I recently worked with Joan in a distance Bowen session. It was a very interesting experience! For the last two months, I've been working full time from home and my back and neck were taking a beating from bad ergonomics (its a real thing!). I signed up for Bowen by distance and it was so easy!!! She set up the Bowen session and I received the energy shift while I was sleeping through the night.
