Service Description

Reflexology is an ancient healing modality that uses foot or hand massage to help the body overcome imbalances. The feet have over 200 000 nerve endings- each!- all connected to specific areas of the body. During a typical session, in a quiet room with soothing music, (or outdoors in the garden, if you wish!), the practitioner treats the whole body through relaxing foot massage, giving particular attention to areas of concern.
