Coming to you in the Fall 2024! A full day workshop from 9:30 am to 5 pm... A day just for you with hosts Joan Dohey of Time to Heal and Elaine Dunphy of Nia on the Rock and Ageless Grace! Relish time in the woods, yoga nidra, hatha yoga, sound healing and more. Lunch and snacks provided in a rustic setting. Sound Healing: Sound vibrations affect the body at a cellular level. Speaking, singing, and music all produce sound waves that affect our body, mind and spirit. Sound waves produce different frequencies. Some cause stress, while others calm us and help us heal. Healing sound frequencies help to clear energy blocks in the body that can show up as tension, anxiety, pain and discomfort. Crystal Singing Bowls, Koshi chimes, drums and tuning forks are used in a Sound Healing session at Time to Heal to help relieve stress and even pain. This is a delicious technique for individuals of all ages, and can also be done in groups.
Cancellation Policy
I require 24 hours for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments moved or cancelled within a 24-hour window will be charged a 50% of the cost of the appointment. You can cancel and reschedule your appointment yourself up to 24 hours before the start time through the link in your confirmation e-mail. Please contact us to cancel & reschedule within the 24-hour window. No-show appointments will be charged the full appointment fee. An insurance receipt cannot be issued for no-show appointments. Booking an appointment acknowledges acceptance of this policy. NEW CLIENTS: New clients must pay either via credit/debit immediately or via e-transfer (to joandohey@gmail.com) at least 48 hours before the start of the session to hold their appointments; otherwise, I reserve the right to cancel the appointment. If you are a new client booking a service within this 48-hour window, please remit your payment immediately after completing your booking. In-person payment option is only available for returning clients booking in-person service sessions. WORKSHOPS & COURSES: Workshops and Courses must be paid at least 72 hours before the start of the session. If you are booking a workshop or a course within this 72-hour window, please remit your payment immediately after completing your booking.
