It is Time to Heal

I recently worked with Joan in a distance Bowen session. It was a very interesting experience! For the last two months, I've been working full time from home and my back and neck were taking a beating from bad ergonomics (its a real thing!). I signed up for Bowen by distance and it was so easy!!! She set up the Bowen session and I received the energy shift while I was sleeping through the night. When I woke up and started moving around, my muscles relaxed like butter and I felt my physical body shift into the healing energy of the session I had received in the night. The relief was REAL!!! I was AMAZED! Joan has worked a distance Bowen session as if it was an in-person session! Thank you so much Joan! You work a beautiful powerful distance Bowen session. I highly recommend this to anyone who needs a good Bowen adjustment.
