The stress and responsibility of busy lives can be exhausting and leave us depleted. Life can get too serious, with little time for play and laughter. Yet, research shows that play and laughter have very definite health benefits. So, I have made it my mission to help others take back their playful side.
I'm all about healthy lifestyle! And fun and laughter can play a big part in improving our physical, emotional and mental health. Playful activities relax the body and mind, and can improve our social connections. Taking time to play has been shown to increase productivity at work. Allowing ourselves downtime recharges the batteries for family and work. I can help you re-establish play and laughter in your life through activities, free play, reflection and planning. In a non-judgmental, relaxed environment, you will leave responsibility at the door and be reminded of how to cultivate your playful side in everyday life. |
Just for the Fun of It is an evening program- one evening a week for four to six weeks, where participants engage in fun activities, games and play. They develop a support network with the goal of incorporating and continuing the fun in their day-to-day lives.
Summer Camp for Your Inner Child is a weekend camp, (Friday evening to Sunday noontime), where there is relaxation and loads of fun activities- let that Inner Child come out and play, play PLAY!
